The newest update breaks the bottom menu bar and makes the app difficult to navigate. It looks nothing like the screenshots showing off this new menu update.

Hi Angie, please try clearing the cache & data of the Play Store. To do so: Open your device's Settings app Settings. Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store Google Play. Tap Storage and then Clear Cache. Next, tap Clear data. Re-open the Play Store & try to download again.
Ive called many times to check for an update with the issues i have with my lines but the agents seemed sleeping and keep on disconnecting the call. What is this RC?? This is what im using for my work tas ang hina hina pa ng boses ng mga agents. Nakakaiyak!

Stopped use it in August, called them to cancel cervice. Support guys said , you are ok. But they still send me invoices, try to call them , but no result
