App is frozen on the R screen. This is a wifi device. I am not sure why it wont load. All apps work fine. One+

Signed up gave cc number for free trial. Never got email for account info but they charge my card. Cant log in the forgot password says no acct. Support is no help

The worse app ever! It keeps saying I have no internet even though I do. I even tried using my 4g and this useless app still saying I'm offline and no internet connection.
