I was onboarded to the app on the pretext of Internship Interview but the Talent Acquisition never scheduled it or reject my application. Maybe it was a way to get extra active user for growth marketing. Who knows. Don't need it.much anyways, there are better quality replacements available.

Forced to use it at work, but without doubt this is getting harder to use because more steps are required after each update. Also the worst tech support I have ever experienced. If you ever get to talk to somebody it is a waste of time.. Then they close the ticket after each contact and you have to start over. Ridiculous amount of system resources used; constantly starting in background. Invasive horrible app and experience.

i didnt personaly have a hard time but my friend did so yeah i give it a 0
This app by phone and desktop is terrible. I use is for my company. We have issues ongoing for over a month. I get the run around from staff. With only get a ticket has been filed we will get back to you. Staff finishes at 5pm and calls a 4:45pm, days after the issue. I work base, plus commission and have lost a great revenue to RingCentral. Ring6 has absolutely not lived up to a promising company. I am discussed with their service.
