The latest update is terrible. Unable to receive calls when the phone is locked. Will need to open the app physically and realise that there's a missed call. Why fix something that works

If you use wireless headsets, just good luck, this app has the most issues with bluetooth audio I've ever seen it doesn't hang up calls properly then will not release the Bluetooth lock until force killed or phone restart even turning the headset AND bluetooth on the phone off doesn't fix it. Yoy literally must force kill it with a 3rd party task manager app or reboot your entire device. This nedds to be fixed this is unprofessional and makes us look bad to clients.

I was onboarded to the app on the pretext of Internship Interview but the Talent Acquisition never scheduled it or reject my application. Maybe it was a way to get extra active user for growth marketing. Who knows. Don't need it.much anyways, there are better quality replacements available.

Forced to use it at work, but without doubt this is getting harder to use because more steps are required after each update. Also the worst tech support I have ever experienced. If you ever get to talk to somebody it is a waste of time.. Then they close the ticket after each contact and you have to start over. Ridiculous amount of system resources used; constantly starting in background. Invasive horrible app and experience.
