Call drops, always get a message saying unable to connect check your network and most times it rings the customer Can not hear me but I can hear them. I have contacted support and have had no luck unfortunately. I plan to move to another service now.

. How can I print from phone? I was told when trying to send items from their printer or fax to my ring number. It does not go thru. I never receive them on my phone or my printer

RC Phone worked, bring that back, at least until this beta grade variant is fixed, max agent leg was not able to connect to this at all

Doesn't work from Firefox and there's no desktop app for Ubuntu. I'm only using it from my phone because others in my organization use it. Won't recommend it, and only using it under duress. Support has been unable to help me.

The app will not accept when I sign in Cannot access my business line. I receive some incoming calls but cannot call out! Problems solved. How can I print from phone?

The updated app consistently drops calls when attempting to use VoIP, there is no option to disable WiFi/VoIP calls, and customer support is entirely unaware of the new settings.

Will not work with Bluetooth. I used the calling app and it worked just fine. Then they eliminated that app and forced me over to this one. It works okay, but I have more steps to just make a call....and it disconnects when trying to use Bluetooth.

This application has been good as ring central but since it forces you into this new upgrade it is terrible. Previous features such as sharing fax in any format is missing. Access to the fax, text etc required more clicks than before. The phone feature stopped working properly from the phone app and from the browser. The other features are even less useful but make the app overloaded with menus and submenue.
