My company uses this app and it's horrible. Calls are constantly dropped, all of us get notifications that the network is unstable, we can only use the app without Wi-Fi so our batteries drain, and I have even had hold music play while trying to talk with a client! All of us Uninstalled this app and are using Google voice to make business calls. Worthless app.

I'm not sure what happened since the latest update however anytime that I try to make a phone call through my business app Grasshopper, I get an error message that said I'm not able to make a call from my extension and the Ringcentral app opens automatically. I've never changed any settings in either app. It's weird because I think these two apps are independent of one another.

I downloaded your app on playstore and it only works once after i download it. When a text message comes in and i have to reply back, it gives me an error. That has been happening everytime. I will uninstall the app and reinstall it and it will work after reinstalling. I will then be able to send a response right after that but when i recieve another text message it will no longer send again. When i set my presence to available this is the error message i get "Cannot update presence"

Not a fan. I was a frequent user of the Ring Central fax app- very user friendly. This one, not so much. Forced to use this app but can't even figure out how to make a fax let alone send one. Us no record of my past faxes sent. Looking for a new faxing app.
