When I "like" a message on my app it does not show on the online platform, I have to re-like the message online.

Phone number comes up busy how can I make money when phone is tied up. I'm waiting for their response maybe to be fixed. They won't let me send email either

As others have said, intermittently the app will not ring. This caused me to miss several emergency calls during the night. Logged with support and provided several examples but apparently their tier 2 support doesn't bother getting out of bed unless you can provide 2 examples within the last 24 hours. Person I spoke to even commented on how many of these intermittent issues they have open, waiting for investigation. I WONDER WHY.

CAN NO LONGER SAVE RING CENTRAL CONTACTS!!! Forces me to connect to Microsoft account but does not let me connect to Microsoft account, worse part is that it will not save the number without it. This app should not be complicating simple matters. 0 stars if I could
