Cannot login even after entering correct security code. It used to work, but then 1 day i t signed me out and won't let me log back in. EXTRA INFO in response to developer's reply: Nothing in my phone settings were changed from when RingCentral was working to when it stopped working.

Dreadful customer service overall, impossible to get someone who speaks and understands English to help with any issues and the app runs into problems and bugs often. Avoid the app and RingCentral as a whole and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

This app is used in my medical organization... It calls people randomly within my org, when my phone's screen is off. Has happened four times.

Hey Evelyn! Most often when the security code is not working, there is some type of AdBlocker that is preventing the log in from completing. Can you ensure you don't have RingCentral on any ad blockers?
When I get a meeting call, and I receive the meeting call in my computer, still my phone keeps ringing and it's really annoying.

This worked well for me for over two years for faxes. My faxes have not been getting through in he las month. I have sent requests for help and no one responds. I am switching companies soon if I can't get help.
