My ring central keep freezing on my android Samsung Note 10+ it stop responding and. Have to restart my phone this been happening for the last two weeks I tried updating the app and Uninstal and instal it back the issue still occur please help. Thank you
Every few days, the ability to use my App when on Mobile or Data Service stops working and will only allow me to connect through WiFi. When asking RingCentral, they said to uninstall and reinstall and it would work. I have to do that every few days now in order for this to work without WiFi. Ridiculous.

Very poor support. Canned responses. Works one day and not the next. Then starts working again for no explained reason. Seems to be server issues on their side.

Something strange since last update. It tries to ring, but the banner on only appears for a fraction of a second, then disappears, then reappears. No matter what I try, I can't answer. I can make calls though. Phone reboot doesn't help.

Don't waste your time and money!the app and service never worked for me.it took 3 months of calling to talk to a human.they took my money and refused to give it back! Buyer beware, this company is a scam,plain and simple.they guaranteed me it would work so I signed the contract.they lied
