New RingCentral app needs alot of trouble shooting. I cannot make calls from mobile phone 3 rings then disconnects. Cannot access old texts from 2020 only pulls up 2018 and 2019. Really frustrating to run a business if you cannot communicate to employees and clients!

Many!! updates to this app since report but issue still exists. This app needs to correct the sequencial ring option. My desire is to function as all other phone apps of this type, where it rings the pc first, then rolls over to cell phone app. Currently it rings both pc app and cell app simultaneously which defeats the purpose. I want the cell app to only ring if no answer at the pc app. Most times when using Ring Central I'm in front of my pc, so having both ring is an unnecessary interruption

I have a meeting going on and the required numbers to join, but it won't connect me saying it has reached maximum capacity. Useless for a large group like Quilts of Valor. It makes you feel you downloaded this app for nothing.

FATAL FLAW...use Slack instead! We used to be able to change a "guest" to an admin on the teams within Glip & now you can't. Fatal flaw, add that functionality back!! Assuming the next in line to be an admin is actually someone within the organization with that role is STUPID! Let the admin change guest(s) to admin(s) whenever & however they need. Get smart developers!

Hi George, thank you for this feedback. You are correct, there is no way to have a guest be an admin for a team. A team will never be without an admin though, if the only admin is removed, then it will default to the next user who joined after the admin.
