App crashes every video call I'm in and it takes forever to close.

I am having problems with getting phone calls, when my phone is not connected to wifi. The calls will ring in but there is no connection once I answer.

While the call portion of the mobile app is o.k. the lack of an ability (or an intuiUI) for setting notificstionnsounds for both direct and team messages makes this basically useless as a mobile messaging app

It's not letting me log-in, it always gets stucked with it saying "redirecting". Support team is very responsive but it's a lot easier for me to just uninstall this app and download a more reliable one.
