I use a lot of apps that require a subscription. I've never had issues in the past when I've decided that the value proposition didn't make sense and I've opted out. I can't figure out how to stop my subscription, and I don't remember signing up for this in the first place. But I can't figure out how to stop I'm not getting responses for the last two months and I'm about to file a complaint with Google play if I don't get satisfaction

If you are lucky enough to get a phone number and a text number that match, it seems to be a good app. But if you're like me and have a WA text number, a Oklahoma call number that seems to have recently changed itself to a FL number, it doesn't work. My customers try calling me back and get in touch with various Cellularsales stores in other states. Can't get ahold of customer service for anything. If it wasn't mandatory at my job then I wouldn't use this app. I do not reccomend it to anyone.

Won't even let me download. I have an appointment in 5 mins and there's nothing I can do. Playstore notifications just keeps telling me it's not working right now. Doubt will work later with all these 1 star reviews.

Was great until this update. Now it is very difficult to use. Fax cannot read contacts saved in sofphone and support is basically inexistente.

I absolutely despise ring central. The only feature that stands out is it's ability to send email to a fax machine number. So if their fax machine is not from 1982 and it is turned on all of the time you can potentially reach that hard to reach client via their fax number. I'm sure other apps have the same feature. I only have Ring Central bc my company uses it.
