I never could get any of the ringcentral apps or web logins to work right. On the rare occasions that I was able to get in, I couldn't figure out how to get another ringcentral user to video conference. A truly obtuse app.

They stole my money! I signed up for the 7day free trial, I used it for two days canceled and now I see a charge for $25 for a subscription that has been canceled. I'm contacting my bank to stop all payments as they have begun charging me even though I canceled.

I use it @ work all the time for calling & texting my friends & coworkers, so simple to use
I can't even get this to get past 47% on loading this app. What are we supposed to do? And a reply would be nice. This is ridiculous. I have tried to load it 4 times so don't suggest starting over. Sign of things to come?

Just today my RingCentral calls won't ring. I get no sound notifications even though I have all notifications set to on and the ringer settings on my phone are on. I missed an important client call as a result.
After numerous updates, still no fix for draining my battery! This app is the pits on Android ! It drains your battery. I keep waiting for a fix but nothing in 3 years. Would not use this app if my company didn't.
Your app sucks give us back the old system. Now I can't answer ring central if I am on an android call even if its on hold. I used to be able to answer just fine.
I am not able to log in using the same wirk email address I used with the previous ring app. Says already in use.
