It works well on the PC. But there're some issues on mobile phones. I can't make and recieve any calls on the phone. I checked on both Android and IOS versions. On the phone, it says unstable network, but on PC no problem with network. Both of PC and Phone are on the same network. Please, help me to fix this problem

Stay away from this company!!!!!! They charged me for Service and provided no service. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS. RING CENTRAL IS THE HIGHEST PRICE PROVIDER FOR VANITY NUMBERS AND YET THEY ARE THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR DEALING WITH SUPPORT AND NOBODY COULD HELP ME GET MY NUMBER WORKING. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC!!!!!!

Useless. It has trouble setting up my account. It says I need to check my network connection. My network connection is fine. You need to check your worthless app.

Great to start but since updated the controls in video calls don't work very well
Absurd. I attempted to take advantage of the free service offered to healthcare workers (Stated in the details of this app). The phone number provided had me on hold for over 3 hours before I gave up. Chat support just told me to remain on hold. I understand demand, staffing issues, etc., but there is no reason not provide estimated hold times, call back options, or alternate means of setting up the service. Zero stars if I could.
