While I can "find" my texts, I am not able to turn on notification of any incoming text messages, so this would seem like a step backwards, not an upgrade... Did RC bother to test this before scaring everyone into upgrading to it? I have to periodically check the texts manually to see if anyone has sent me anything, because there are literally NO indications for any new messages...

Hello Test User, Text messages and notifications for text messages are now nested under the PHONE tab. A red indicator will show up on the phone when a new text comes in. Sucks... charged on month...14 bucks.. Never used it...next month...over 25 bucks... Still can't cancel...have to go through my card...or cancel my FN card... The app just runs you in circles... Plus tells you they don't recognize my email.. But I have over a dozen FN emails from them.. Good scam...idiots

We've been with RC for over a year. I've had to call in multiple times about problems. The most recent is not being able to answer calls on my cell phone. Wait forever on hold for RC agent and get disconnected. After reading the comments, I'm afraid to switch to the new app for fear things will get worse! Im going to start shopping for a different service. Anybody have a suggestion who else can handle phone, text and fax all in one without having to install a land line?

I agree the new app sucks. I can't find any downloads, it keeps asking me to switch. Maybe the new upgrade is a scam? Not sure but things are different and way more confusing.

This new app is horrible. I have been using RingCentral for my faxes until now. No way to find them. They are about to lose a lot of revenue because of this new release. Help me find my faxes

I have had Ring Central for over a year. I was happy until they moved to their new app. The new app they have forced us to use is TERRIBLE and useless. I have to go to each contact to find text messages. If you don't fix the text messaging immediately I will be cancelling my service and requesting my money back. You need to let us use the older version until you fix this. This is not the service or app I signed up for.

HORRIBLE. This new app is like a 10 year step back from the other app. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be fired and possibly face criminal prosecution.
