How come I can't use ring central and RC phone separately anymore?I use RC phone for my clients and Ring central glip for my team. 2 different log ins... now I can't do it!

New app is trash, includes a bunch of stuff we will never use, hard to find voicemail and text messages... App opens on a "teams" style page rather than the incoming calls or messages and none of use the teams or anything like that... We don't need it... Feels like it's being forced... Trash.

Forced to use this app by phone vendor. Not intuitive. No messages show on home screen. When sending text, wants to force all recipients to get this app. Does RingCentral want to be the borg!? Calling support is tough. Long series of recordings, followed by reps who are often hard to understand or unhelpful. Overpriced fees.

I hate RC made me upgrade the mobile app! The other one was working just fine. Now I can't get anything done with the new one. Hate it, hate it, hate it! Let's us go back to the older version!
