We implemented RC at our business with 20 employees. There has not been a single positive aspect. The service has been terrible, the conversion from our old phone system was terrible and we are still dealing with unresolved issues and call handling after 5 months. If I had to do over I would NEVER choose Ring Central.

My app says I need to update but it just spins and never downloads. Android app being discontinued? Update. I was finally able to download the new app but only after I connected to WiFi.

The app takes up too much space and upgrades do too. I don't use/ need all the bells and whistles on all devices.

Please fix the app for the note 20, any text or multitasking that is done, freezes the app and forces me to restart the phone in order to rejoin the meetings.
Doesn't have an option for user to auto-mute mic when joining meetings. It seems that this used to be a feature back in 2018 and is now gone.
Cant do faxes like you expect and cancelling takes hours

Eats too many resources, even for a quad core laptop. Let me pin bottom bar and turn off the constant maximizing of the screen. Why can't you just auto refresh the app versus taking it entirely offline until an update button is hit. Not very used friendly.
Does a lot, but the UI/UX is confusing and unintuitive.

Waste of time. Makes it hard to cancel membership once you realize this app doesn't do everything you need. Just wants the money.
