As others have said, intermittently the app will not ring. This caused me to miss several emergency calls during the night. Logged with support and provided several examples but apparently their tier 2 support doesn't bother getting out of bed unless you can provide 2 examples within the last 24 hours. Person I spoke to even commented on how many of these intermittent issues they have open, waiting for investigation. I WONDER WHY.

CAN NO LONGER SAVE RING CENTRAL CONTACTS!!! Forces me to connect to Microsoft account but does not let me connect to Microsoft account, worse part is that it will not save the number without it. This app should not be complicating simple matters. 0 stars if I could

I use this app for work purposes, therefore I have the app downloaded on my personal phone and desktop. I use to be able to add a contact and now its stating company account not connected, when I click connect it doesn't do anything. Also, when I see the app thru the desktop the contacts I have saved doesn't show on the desktop. So it looks like I call/text all these numbers. I'm always needing to go back to my phone to look up contacts since I don't know these numbers by heart. Please help.

After I log in, it says error connecting to the server and logs me back right away. I have internet and idk why it does this. My kid was happy to get this bear working but now disappointed

Wow. On the computer I can see about double the contacts for my company as I see through the app. Calls work fine but really need the full contact list.
