It's not letting me log-in, it always gets stucked with it saying "redirecting". Support team is very responsive but it's a lot easier for me to just uninstall this app and download a more reliable one.

My ring central keep freezing on my android Samsung Note 10+ it stop responding and. Have to restart my phone this been happening for the last two weeks I tried updating the app and Uninstal and instal it back the issue still occur please help. Thank you
Every few days, the ability to use my App when on Mobile or Data Service stops working and will only allow me to connect through WiFi. When asking RingCentral, they said to uninstall and reinstall and it would work. I have to do that every few days now in order for this to work without WiFi. Ridiculous.

Very poor support. Canned responses. Works one day and not the next. Then starts working again for no explained reason. Seems to be server issues on their side.
