I had a problem with phone so I had to do a complusory factory reset then I reinstalled Ring central but I was not allowed to sign in,it says my account does not recognise my phone and it says a code was sent to my email me so I can use that to login to my account but I didn't receive any email from you guys,I have tried this severally but I still didn't get any email from you,this is terrible,paying that much a month and I can't access the app on my phone is useless.

Hi Scott, please make sure you have Ad Block turned off for RingCentral, as this can prevent the email with the code from being sent. If you still are unable to receive the code, or need additional assistance please email us at review@ringcentral.com.
Two updates to this app since report but issue still exists. This app needs to correct the sequencial ring option. My desire is to function as all other phone apps of this type, where it rings the pc first, then rolls over to cell phone app. Currently it rings both pc app and cell app simultaneously which defeats the purpose. I want the cell app to only ring if no answer at the pc app. Most times when using Ring Central I'm in front of my pc, so having both ring is an unnecessary interruption

The screen goes black when I make a call. I cannot do anything after that. The screen is black, unlocking and the power button do nothing. I can't hit end call, I can't hit speaker, nothing. I left a 3 minute long voicemail (1 of me speaking and 2 of dead air) for a client because I couldn't hang up. I had to wait until their voicemail disconnected the call. Extremely unprofessional. And for the cost of this??? Crazy.

Old App was better. Need bulk delete/edit function for messages and texts. Doesn't link/use phone or email contacts which is dumb
