This app is not able to download at all. I have had this on my phone 2 months ago and uninstalled it because I wasn't using it through the summer and now I need it and it will not download at all. It just says send feedback or go to google to see how to fix it. Nothing works. It will not download at all. I need this app to talk with my counselor and it just will not download. Other apps will download but not this one.

I tried the 7 day free trial because I wanted to fax something. Once I downloaded it and subscribed I realized I can't fax so I tried canceling the service. Unfortunately they make this task EXTREMELY difficult to do because when you try to cancel the "cancelation department" is closed everytime. So I tried emailing them to cancel and I haven't gotten a response yet the billing department seems to be working fine because I was billed 24.00! I am very upset because I cant afford this!

App is merely ok. HOWEVER: Massive problems with sales & support teams not understanding simple requests and resulting in wasted months of time trying to set up. Non US-based representatives, no sense of personal responsibility, no follow thru or ownership of tech issues. Adding insult to injury, issues with logging into the app when using password managers or other saved password methods.

Cannot send or receive sms/mms messages from either desktop or android applications. Started out with occasionally not being able to reply to group messages from android app, then Ring Central "technicians" started looking into it over a week ago, now I can't send or receive messages at all... Spent over 2 hours explaining the issue to various representatives that were literally learning as I speak... UPDATE 10/4/20 I emailed you on 10/1 school haven't heard from anyone...
