Horrible app, crashes so frequently. The only solace is that the mobile app is better than its Mac app.
This app provides helps for team type businesses. I provide a medical type service. So this has things I will never use.
2020-06-06 The last couple of updates have been bad. Random RC log out. Can't answer or make calls through stock phone app. Phone reboot during RC call. Using buttons on Bluetooth device cause RC and phone to lock up. Can't make or answer calls, "another call is in progress", until power cycle phone. GET IT TOGETHER! (Pixel3-Android10)

Hi karan here. Old version was good. When i down load this page.old glip page came up to use dial pad which is not comfirtable. Second whenever I make call I need to change direct no always.Its annoying. People on chat knows nothing

I've had RC for about 15 years. They use to be hands on and have good service with an easy app. Now they suck. I'm moving on. Improve your service and make the mobile app and desktop app more straightforward. I don't need phone and messaging options. I just need a damn fax. The desktop app would never let me log in which was also frustrating. Snapfax is much easier!!

Why is there two areas to send messages? One messages, another text... so confusing. One seems to be sms, the other seems to be something like Microsoft teams. So confusing.

Hi Ed, One area is meant for Text messages and - that is text / SMS. The second area is meant for Glip messages - which is for application messaging and that is meant to be used within the app itself.
Another service from RC that only half works. I've missed a number of calls and text messages from customers because there are no notifications for phone calls or text messages even though they are enabled. Switching to another VOIP provider for my business later this month.
