Useless. It has trouble setting up my account. It says I need to check my network connection. My network connection is fine. You need to check your worthless app.

Absurd. I attempted to take advantage of the free service offered to healthcare workers (Stated in the details of this app). The phone number provided had me on hold for over 3 hours before I gave up. Chat support just told me to remain on hold. I understand demand, staffing issues, etc., but there is no reason not provide estimated hold times, call back options, or alternate means of setting up the service. Zero stars if I could.

Is there any way to have the app activated at all time? The app doesn't not show any incoming phone calls if the app isn't open. So every time I am answering an email, the app puts me offline and incoming phone calls are send to the voice mail...

RingCentral is an absolute battery Hog. This app drains battery faster than ANYTHING I have seen. Also, the app is literally too bright, I have to turn my brightness all the way down to avoid destroying my retinas. Please add dark mode functionality, it would really help with battery consumption too.

Have the app installed in galaxy j36v and it lags like hell. When i installed it in my phone a few months ago it was fine. But it suddenly got so lag to the point i had to reinstall it twice on my phone.
