Not responding...I can't load the update after 1 hour..... Your system is too difficult to use. I have tried to remove contacts who I never input on my phone and they seem to be imbedded. Additionally, I have no tools to remove old calls as well. This is crazy. Someone please call me to discuss this. Otherwise there is no use of having your phone service if it does not work. Thanks.

When I make or get a call and want to switch to speaker sometimes it doesn't switch and the caller has trouble hearing me or I have trouble hearing them. I have to hang up and call them back. Inconvenient since I use this for business.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. After a week of downloading this app, it stopped working. When I try to answer a call or make a call, it keeps saying "connecting" then the call drops. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app more times than I can count and my phone is up to date. Our IT dept has reached out multiple times and never hears back from their "tier 2 dept". Don't bother downloading this app!

Well it will not updat..it does sometimes..but then it kicks itself back out..makes no sense .but as of today it won't update

Cell phone screen stays on while on a call, mutes the call, goes to settings and makes all kind of changes, even hangs up on client calls, all with your cheek! Please fix this...
