This app is very slow. If you don't have a new phone it's a torture to use
Good UI, however when you receive a call especially from a queue and click hang up, it just calls you right back until the person either hangs up or they run out of rings. Also, sometimes the incoming call UI doesn't respond when answering or passing on a call. Also, this app uses way more battery running in the background than i believe it should. I think some optimization needs to happen to get that down a little. Running on galaxy s10e with most recent OS updates including july security patch

No Call History. You used to be able to look up your call history to see when you placed a call and when it ended and what the call duration was. They must have been in a recent update because that information is now gone all you can do is tap on a recent call to call that number back or bring up the contact record neither it shows you any sort of history whatsoever. Documentation at their website does not match up with the app.

I signed up for the free trial and was unable to cancel via the app. Instead, it required my making a phone call to cancel (read the fine print). That call took over 20 minutes to make a simple cancellation. I was kept on hold repeatedly for many minutes at a time, badgered not to cancel, asked an onslaught of questions as they tried to retain me as a client, and told I could not cancel unless they walked me through the horribly long process. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the time.

Hidden fees... read the fine print. The company I work for didn't do this and has now backed a lot of employees out of using this app. Only some of us are now on the full license. Also, calls can drop (not due to my cell phone coverage).
