With every major update, I lose all of my customized settings, such as personalized greetings, extensions, forwarding, etc... have to relearn how to customize everything all over again, and it takes a ridiculously long time to do the actual customization. I am planning to switch to a live receptionist as a result.

The app does not include an option to make calls. I have an android and do not have the call feature. I left a negative review and the developers asked me to email them but did not include where to email. The email in the description is no longer active. What a waste
