Was charged 50.29usd after the trial automatically I need a refund ASAP very horrible, AVOID at all costs. I never used the services Please refund my Debit card I overdraw cause if U very upset!! Please help!

With every major update, I lose all of my customized settings, such as personalized greetings, extensions, forwarding, etc... have to relearn how to customize everything all over again, and it takes a ridiculously long time to do the actual customization. I am planning to switch to a live receptionist as a result.

I downloaded app but can not recieve calls...I do not show a call button on my main screen either

The app does not include an option to make calls. I have an android and do not have the call feature. I left a negative review and the developers asked me to email them but did not include where to email. The email in the description is no longer active. What a waste

Please don't force updates... unhelpful when you are right in the middle trying to call someone about an emergency network issue.
