Lowering my review stars because I'm still having delayed or usually no notifications for messages. I emailed their review email address but never heard back.

Sucks. Keep getting "unstable network" error message. Poor quality calls and way too many Dropped calls.

Not responding...I can't load the update after 1 hour..... Your system is too difficult to use. I have tried to remove contacts who I never input on my phone and they seem to be imbedded. Additionally, I have no tools to remove old calls as well. This is crazy. Someone please call me to discuss this. Otherwise there is no use of having your phone service if it does not work. Thanks.

When I make or get a call and want to switch to speaker sometimes it doesn't switch and the caller has trouble hearing me or I have trouble hearing them. I have to hang up and call them back. Inconvenient since I use this for business.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. After a week of downloading this app, it stopped working. When I try to answer a call or make a call, it keeps saying "connecting" then the call drops. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app more times than I can count and my phone is up to date. Our IT dept has reached out multiple times and never hears back from their "tier 2 dept". Don't bother downloading this app!
