Old app was way better. This new version is not as intuitive, seems way to busy. I miss the simplicity of the way it was.

- Can Not view the called ID number customers call into in the call log information so we can return the correct outbound called ID. - Ringtone only sounds off on the first ring of the phone call then vibrates throughout the duration of the call. While our ringtones are all the way up in our phone settings. - Messages, Call, Meet, Contact tabs should be rearrangable. We do Not send messages. We make phone calls and shouldn't have to hit the call tab everytime we operate this SMART phone app.

I only want to use the ringcentral desktop/web version & this intrusive message, requesting me to "Get RingCentral for Mobile" keeps popping up & prevents me from using the ringcentral application. After finally relenting & setting up the mobile-app, I find that this request still pops up and prevents me from using the web or desktop application. To top it all off, I called customer support for RingCentral, who left me on hold for an hour & contacted them via social media, but got no response.

I used this app for some time. Fee keeps doubling almost. It is no longer good for a one person business. I don't need all these things they are making me pay for. They charge over $300 for an app that doesn't work. I can't receive calls or make them. Problem for over a month and no one can help. They also almost doubled my fees and I've tried to call/email/contact them for about 6 weeks and no one calls me back or emails me except for saying they will get right back to me. No one does.

The February 16 update broke bluetooth functionality! Our earpieces and car-speakerphones no longer work with the Ring Central app, which makes it impossible for us to handle voicemail or a call without going on the smartphone's speakerphone or holding the phone to our ear while driving! EDIT: some of our users state that their Plantronics earpieces are working with the 4/16 app release with the media capability turned off, but most other bluetooth devices no longer work with the 4/16 release.

Cannot text from app without showing our non published internal direct dial numbers, old app you could text from company main phone line, now if I send a text the client replies back to our unpublished direct dial numbers and calls that number which totally destroys our main number call queue.
