I removed one star due to Android vs. RC App vs. Android Auto issues. To be honest, it might happen that the issues are not RC issues but still, it makes the use difficult while driving or while using the phone and RC call comes in.

Can't install it to my Samsung Galaxy
Been with Ring Central for 16 years. This new version is bs. Ultra complicated to send/receive text. Text history missing! Lot of legal data gone. Still cannot print text. B! S! I have been a PSE in banking for 40 years. Upon further review, it gets worse. Texts are not on the message icon. Text mess show up on the phone icon. Then you have to slide to Text between Voicemail and Fax, then scroll down to someone with a bland notification and open it. This new R/C app is a public safety nuisance.

New app is useless! Cannot make calls. No remedy of this issue after several requests from RingCentral! Your "auto reply" to reviews doesn't offer solutions. Thank you for recent improvements.

I used to use Ringcentral to send and receive FAXES. Now with this update I can not send fax!!!!! Who the F... asked you for this stupid update?!?!?!

After update all my contacts are deleted. ALSO WHEN USERS SEND REQUESTS, RECEIVED A "USER IS BEEN DELETED OR NOT FOUND."
