My company has used this service online for the last 7 years. I had the mobile version, ring central phone app & it worked great until the 'Ring Central' update was forced on me. The ring central phone app allowed me to listen to voice mails from clients. Now I can no longer do that!! This need to be fixed asap!!

Was a good app. After last update voicemail notifications are gone, spent 6-8 hours trying to fix with them and still nothing. I cant hold their hand to fix. Switching to a different app.

Terrible customer service that's based in India. I would not recommend to anyone. The minutes are expensive if you go over the plan. The account manager is the only person that can make changes to the billing or service plan there only available Monday through friday 9 to 5. The tech support does not understand english very well. I would recommend unitell voice or tresta over ring central.

After it started crashing I've started to hate this app I've lost a lot of money who ever runs this app sucks I've sent multiple complaints in the pass their customer service is based out of the Philippines you need to step it up I really hate you guys right now.
