I've never had such a hard time signing in in my life. Security codes don't work. Express links won't work with my browser, and single sign in only logs me in to the desktop interface for a few minutes before expiring. Needs to be fixed asap

We have had nothing but problems with this service. Since the app update in August we have had missed calls/dropped calls and horrible service.

When installed on my cell phone the application rings when I am on my cell phone. Very disappointed

The app keeps crashing on my phone. Android 10. Samsung S20 Ultra. As soon as it opens the app crashes.
App lacks common features like MMS. When my native phone dialer rings it completely overrides RC when I'm talking on the RC app. Other party cannot hear anything I'm saying. When I am speaking on the RC app the proximity sensor does not detect my face to lock the screen and I wil engage other app with the side of my face.

I really just needed to get a time of a call from the app but I am being forced to do what looks to be an un-necassary update. Every other app gives an option to bypass updates, even if only temporarily... thanks.

Hey there, we've made some big changes recently and the app needs to be updated to the latest version from the App Store in order for new features to work properly.
Sub par. When another call comes in from the phones sim card number, it completely mutes the RC call. Merging calls sometimes fails. SMSs get doubled. My Jabra Bluetooth headset doesn't connect for voice calls reliability.
