I recently closed on a new home purchase loan house with GSF as my lender. They turned around a loan from start till release of funds/ closing in under 25 days. I had originally decided to get a loan from the builder themselves but they raised interest rates on me right as the house was nearing completion (30 days out) stating a recent increase in rates. She is very knowledgable about the products and rules regarding mortgages. We closed our refinancing on 2/27 with GSF. The entire process has been a pleasant one. There were some kinks because we had a Home Equity Line of Credit that we wanted to keep open. It ended up taking longer than the lock period, but we did not get charged for it. All GSF staff we worked with were very pleasant and helpful. We worked with Mike, Kurt, Sara, and Brian.
