Pam and her team were very cooperative in defining and explaining different mortgage refinance scenarios within the scope of limiting any cash outlays on my part to secure the lowest rate. They were very responsive to the many questions I had during the process and limited my involvement to clarification questions and obtaining desired documentation once appropriate refi option had been identified. I needed to get re-finance due to a divorce and Pam and team were recommended by a co-worker. I couldn't ask for less friction. It was about as easy as humanly possible. They even had someone come to my house to sign the paperwork. Love Pam!
Sharyn, my loan officer, was honest and responsive throughout the process. On three occasions she took steps to resolve concerns that I had -- successfully. Seven months ago I had an opposite experience with another lender and now wonder how much easier it would all have been with GSF. I recommend them highly.
We almost went with another lender to do our refi. However, when our home appraised for slightly less than what we were expecting, the lender then altered their original Good Faith Estimate. After a really bad experience with another mortgage lender, I found GSF through Zillow. I contacted them and I got a quick response from Pam Gustafson who provided me with multiple options and recommendations. I decided to go with GSF as Pam was really knowledgeable and gave me a very good rate and lenders credit. From start to finish the process took less than 4 weeks and was extremely smooth. I highly recommend GSF and Pam Gustafson for anyone.
