Excellent service by Pam@GSF. We closed one week ahead of schedule, and this was in December. I heard horror stories about delayed closings from my friends, however had no problem with GSF.
I requested a rate through Zillow and was contacted Frank Papaleo within an hour. He was very knowledgable and not pushy at all. He really took his time and explained the process and was very communicative but not to the point of too excessive. Unfortunately things with the property didn't work out on my end but I plan to contact GSF/Frank when things finally come together. I have already recommended GSF to my sister-in-law and they were impressed as well and are working with him on refinancing their home.
They made the entire process a pleasant experience and my agent Sharyn worked with me every step of the process. Everything closed on the planned date and at the rate quoted. I paid very low closing costs, and i'm saving $400 per month.
Sharyn DiCarlo was absolutely spectacular knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient. We closed the mortgage within the expected time and we ended up even saving some money compare to what was anticipated. I highly recommend Sharyn.

I can't say enough about GFS and Sharyn DiCarlo. The best rates and Sharyn was amazing. Exceptional service – she was knowledgeable and very responsive. She helped me determine the best option and was quick to get me the details and answer any questions. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the really bad experience I had with one of the other major banks. But with Sharyn and GFS it was a great experience and everything went so smoothly, I highly recommend them.
