I experienced grade A service. This service helps seniors bypass the hype when using apps on the phone. My experience was that in the Uber app, I could not put in my new address. I could not put in my destination address. There was no Customer phone to call !!! It was imperative that I keep my appointment. So I really lucked up on this company. My first and one experience so far with GoGo Grandparent was pretty near perfect. My 'grandchild' ***** was kind, listened, was articulate, caring and most of all thorough. ***** took all the headache of arranging a ride home from the hospital emergency room for me in the middle of the night and with one phone call (my first) to GoGo Grandparent I felt fully confident that my ride would arrive & the charges would be as quoted, and it was. I needed a ride to the doctor today and I enlisted Go Go Grandparents' service. The **** driver was on time to pick me up and the complete ride was wonderful. I used Go Go Grandparent to get me home from the doctor and the complete driver and ride was wonderful. I will continue using Go Go Grandparent **** services because of there prompt service and professional **** drivers.I go on their website and make my own **** reservations and it makes so much difference to set up rides when I need them. **** rescued me when another service with my insurance failed with over 1.5 hour wait home from hospital. They arrived within few minutes of **********, gave great description of vehicle to pick me up; Make and color of car and last 4 license plate number, driver pleasant and a safe trip home. They are most polite and kind.
I used the service for my mom. I live out of state and was able to order her ride from my home and she was very well taken care of!
