Shame on them! ******** customer service! I just wanted one month of service to visit someone in rehab. I spoke with a real person and paid for one month of service. He never mentioned a subscription. He never mentioned a monthly charge. I received no notice of payment.If I did not notice charge on my credit card, they would have continued charging me.And their response was I should have read their web site more carefully.Shame on them!!!

Was scammed out of ****** for a 7 day free trial which was supposed to charge ***** monthly. Then at the 7 day period they deactivated my account after charging me ******.

I was extremely *************** first and only ride with them.I had to use a cane to get to the drs in the next town.I specified the driver had to help me in and out of the car.elbow assist.I neede help getting out of the car because of a big step.His help was saying careful as I got out unassisted.I was quoted a price when I booked them.On the day I called them the price had doubled and it was just OneWay,I could not use them for a ride ******* must make them feel good to scam a asenior

This company is ripping off the elderly. They charge a large, no refundable membership fee to order ride share. On top of the fare and a mandatory concierge fee they charge you a $10..99 fee per ride called a booking fee. What is the purpose and it is hidden fee that they do not tell you about when you sign up. Very deceptive.

Was put in a Nursing home for the last 3 months did not use the service. Just paid for April. Asked for my money back. Told me no. Worst customer service ever. Got left at a location twice. Would not recommend the service to anyone.

At pick up time, received a last minute call stating the cost of the ride would be doubled. No notice before appointment time. Just wrong.

These people still for me $245.88. I never use **** or Lyft or anything like that I did it one time use. They told me it was $12. They took $12 out of my account. I tipped the driver $20, next thing I know off my credit card I have $245.88 taken out saying that I had seven days to cancel the membership. I didnt want a membership. I just needed a one time service please give me my money back.

This business engages in false advertising bc it advertises that it is cheaper than other taxi services when in fact it is more expensive bc they force you to spend $29.99 for a month's membership. If they were ethical they would only have you pay that if you wanted all the services they provided you to justify paying that fee. Taking a short, one-way taxi doesn't warrant paying a required 1-***********forward membership.
