I was looking at the website for information and did not sign up for the service. Then I noticed $245.88 was deducted from my bank account. I don't even know how they got the number of my account. I would like to have the money returned.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They supposedly offer over priced rides to seniors. But my parents very first experience ordering a ride to a *** appointment, they no showed. They were put on hold for 25 minutes to schedule and the operator was rude and impatient. After we called for answers and a refund, a manager ***** told me there would be no refund. Bad experience. The car reeked of cigarettes. The driver took me to the wrong address. I kept giving him the right address. Finally found it. He drove around it twice before I could get him to stop. Deactivated my account. Too expensive. When I talked to a supervisor at **** to explain the experience, he kept interrupting me. Wouldn't give me anything for the bad experience. They signed me up for a membership without my approval. They ask if I wanted a membership and I said NO. They continued to get me a ride. Never once did they say I had to have a membership. Now they will not cancel my membership and refund my money, even after I completed all the required steps to cancel it. I have had to cancel my card and they have caused me a lot of anxiety. I recommend not using them. They take advantage of elderly people.

Driver drop us off at the wrong location. I believe the operator gave the driver the wrong airport terminal at ***. Driver did not want to help and told me I needed to take a different ride if I wanted to get to my terminal. Was not helpful at all.

I called the company number to find out information and costs for my elderly parents medical appt. rides. I am horrified that this company was able to set up an account with my father who has dementia. The driver took $50 cash from him at the end of the ride even though it was thru **** and to be put on his credit card. He was also told that it was a free 7 day trial and he believed that the ride was free. He was going 6 miles to his doctor appointment and somehow thought this was his ride benefit through his insurance. Think twice before you use GoGoGrandparent. I am truly disappointed. I live 2.2 miles from my Physical Therapy location. I was charged $19.06 to go one way and $99.69 for the return visit. Upon subscribing to them, I was not told that charges differ depending on what time of day you need the ride. I also wasn't told to always speak to a Operator to be quoted. I used them one time and CANCELLED my subscription. BEWARE

They are a ******* organization. They offered me one month to start at ***** per month and when I applied my payment they charged me ****** for a year when I didn't agree to it when I asked for a refund they refused to pay me back so I cancelled my account and my credit card company is invastg a bait and switch which they did to me. Buyer beware
