First time I ordered a ride the day before my doctor's appointment, received text messages and emails it was confirmed for 2:15 pickup, at 2:10 I received a call telling me the driver asked for $20 more than the price I was quoted and was 18 minutes away from my house. I would have been late for my appointment, i had just gotten out of the hospital after having a heart attack and wasn't sure if i could drive so this sounded great for me, little did i know what a disaster it was......I cannot feel confident in booking a ride ... read more

Worst communication ... Better to download **** or Lyft and setup pick up

Service was great $27 Then they took $245 from my bank on the 7th trial day of service. And when I called this out, they stated the withdrawal was nonrefundable. Even though I canceled my membership within the 7 day trial service. Very shady and borders elder abuse.

Zero stars. Worst customer service experience ever!!! Worst service cuz ride never showed up! GGGP sucks! First of all, the phone staff were pushy and overbearing. Then the driver came, arriving 13 minutes early. I let him know I needed to get a payment from the hotel concierge. He got ****** off and said he waited long enough (not even 30 seconds), so I pointed out that he arrived 13 minutes early, so the least he could do was give me the courtesy of waiting a few minutes while the concierge gave me the money to pay the dri... read more

I started to sign up, then changed my mind. THEY CALLED MY EMERGENCY CONTACT FOR NO REASON. I have unsubscribed from the emails multiple times- Im about to unsubscribe a FIFTH TIME, but the constantly email me, several times daily, bugging me to complete signup. Unless you want an email box full of spam, stay far away from these people.

Dont Use!! Definitely do not recommend to anyone. I needed a ride to the airport, looked into this service but a friend drove me. I have received over 50+ emails, each time I unsubscribe over and over and still continue receiving loads of emails from them constantly!! They dont allow you to unsubscribe-REALLY-its become harassment now!!

I was very disappointed. My 20 minute ride turned into an hour. Wrong exit and lots of unnecessary side roads. Our driver was very nice, but I felt she was not knowledgeable of the area she said she frequented

never experienced such terrible service. Not a service at all I requested for a package to be picked up at my house to be dropped off at *******. This driver incapable of following instructions went to Planet Fitness and started arguing with me that it was where I told him to go.
