Do not use the house keeping service!It is a complete RIP OFF!!!!I was overcharged and service was Awful and not worth the money I paid I complained and sent pictures and still was charged for shotty work.Will never use them again!!YOU have been Warned !!!

My first trip was awful! The driver was 20 minutes late picking me up for a scheduled ride making me late for my medical appointment. He wasnt even sorry. I kept getting disconnected when I would call. He cancelled the return trip which was great they sent a superb driver in his place.

Driver was nice but they did NOT inform me that my credit card was going to be charged $29.99 per month for an automatic membership fee until I cancel. Shame on them for taking advantage of seniors citizens!

The one and only time I used this service I found that all the talk about getting the best drivers and best cars was malarkey. Twice during my experience with GoGoGrandparent the operator did not provide driver with ride instructions and the result of the second failure I was dumped. Then the operator messed up my credit card info so that another ride car could not be sent. The result was standing in the sun while the operator tried to fix the account. We've used the service for 2 weeks now and depending on where you live and your parent/grandparents technical ability we've run into multiple problems. On 2 occasions, my 87 year old mother has called to schedule a pickup later in the day and gogo sent a car right away and when my mother told the driver it was supposed to be for later, gogo sent a cancellation fee. Booked my 1st ride for 45 minutes early. Bowling tournament at 1:00. When first ****** didnt show up and was 10 minutes late I called and to me they did not seem to know what happened. Luckily they sent another ****** who was very nice and I arrived at 3 minutes to 1:00. Nerve wracking. Btw first ride was priced differently than second ride by a decent amount. Gogograndparent takes advantage of older people! A member of our team used the app two weeks ago, it took an hour for the driver to get to our location, 10 minutes from her house. Last week, she waited 30 minutes for her ride, was told they would fine her if she canceled. In the end they canceled after 40 minutes. They said she could request another ride but the rate would be 5 times higher. We contacted Lift for her, they arrived within 4 minutes, the fee was less than half of Gogograndparent's fee. The first time I used it, the driver wasn't pleasant. He dropped me off at the wrong entrance and I had to walk all the way around the building to get to it and it was raining. I tried to tell him that that was the wrong building, but he just said that was it. The second two were nice.
