I received a ride with Gogograndparents last week and after the driver arrived he had a flat tire. I called gogograndparents and said I was going to be late for my appointment, could they send another driver They told me they would charge me a cancelation fee and an additional charge for a new driver. I explained it was out of my control and they refused to honor my reide with no cancelation fee. They said I could dispute the charge but they would still charge me a fee I was upset and 15 minutes late for my appointment

Misrepresentation, incomplete information, and unreliable service. I helped my mom sign up for an annual plan a couple of weeks ago. The agent described the $0.27/minute charge as the total amount my mom would pay. This wasn't the caseit turned out to be a surcharge, and she was still responsible for the full cost of the ride. I was trying to find transportation for my mother, who needed a ride to a medical appointment and lives on the opposite coast from me. The online sign up is extremely confusing - they make you commit to a membership fee and they kept on getting the address for my mom wrong and then when I was called to try and figure things out, I was then informed about the possibilities of surge pricing or that the driver would not wait for my moms appointment. Not a very reliable first experience, for Miami Dade Emergency Ride Home program. They apparently had a pin for a pickup location in a totally incorrect area even though the GoGo automated system and representatives kept saying the correct address. 3 drivers and 45 minutes later they figured it out. Now comes the billing issues, billed twice for the whole debacle, using two of my ERH credits instead of one. I end up trying to use my unused voucher, and explicitly tell them., but they pull another NEW voucher.
