We used this service for the first time and it was very pleasant, convenient, and efficient! Both drivers were competent and safe drivers. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars was because one of the drivers did not speak a word of English. It all worked out, he got us there safe and sound, but as a newbie to all car services, it was less than perfect. I will use again though.

I found your service online when our car battery died as we were on our way to taking my wife to the hospital for a scheduled blood transfusion. Pretty sure it's a dead battery. The person who arranged the ride was very good at getting us quickly set up to get our ride to the hospital. Our driver, Onyiego, showed up in short order (faster than other cab companies) and got us to the hospital in very good time. Your service was so appreciated. Go Go Grandparent is a TOP NOTCH NOTCH company. All of the drivers are very polite and drive very very weii and arrive on time or early. I really enjoyed my experience. I ordered food from them today and could not believe how fast and accurate that it arrived and how polite the delivery driver Justin Yates was. THANK TOU
I needed a way to get to physical therapy after having a total knee replacement. They were very helpful getting me to and from therapy along with storing my walker for transport. I definitely recommend this service. My rating would be a 5 star.
