Wonderful first time rides with GoGoGrandparent this weekend from Hyde Park to the Boston Museum of Science and back. Really easy to use - just called them up and they took care of everything. No dealing with apps which was great! Both drivers showed up on time and were really nice. Cars were clean too. Love that I can get rides without all the tech hassle. Great service overall. Definitely calling them again next time I need a ride!

Danielle was so friendly and easy to talk to.Excellent & Safe driver! ** ALL Of their Drivers are on time, quick response, very Polite, know the area, and Safe! I can tell The customer representatives and their Drivers enjoy helping people! No complaints, dependable and reliable!

My first experience.... It was good. GoGo roundtrip transport .picked me up from home on June 23rd; took me to my destinations on time. Then picked me up when I was ready to return home. Their drivers were friendly and very courteous. Much appreciated. Thank you
As seniors in our 70s and 80s, GoGo Grandparents has been a life saver for my husband and I. Customer service personnel have been essential in helping us understand and navigate the process on the mobile app. Today I needed about 40min of couching/help by the representative Ryan and the whole time he was so patient and understanding. He answered all my concerns and guided me on how to make changes on account.That was so important. I really appreciated it.
