Very helpful providing 4 round trip rides for free to medical appointments per month.I had a problem today and a young man named *** was very helpful filing a report for me requesting a waiver for my round trip ride today because the medication treatment I was supposed to receive malfunctioned and was not successful, therefore making it necessary for me to have to return in 10 days for a repeat ********** that time I will have no more free rides with GoGoGrandparents and dont have money to pay for transportation and not able... read more

I took my first GoGoGramp round trip earlier this evening. It was a very convenient and pleasant experience. Everyone I spoke with at their offices was amiable, helpful, considerate and "professional" (in the good way).My driver's and I had some enjoyable chats and a few laughs. What a fine way to dart out to take care of something, but have the outing transformed by the ease, comfort, efficiency and pleasure of doing so like that.
