My first time using your service. I received complete, accurate and friendly service from the staff on the phone, and the pickup was flawless. The driver and vehicle identified perfectly and I was notified via text and phone of his arrival. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Great service!

If youre wanting to handle details of an **** ride by phone and get an estimate of the cost - this is a fantastic service. However, it does take longer than arranging online and there is a concierge fee on top of the ride cost. Otherwise great service!

My first time tonight using it for my mom. Driver very nice but was told by the office that I would get a call telling me my mom was home and that did not happen. A little disappointed but hoping that wont happen again
