I am a wheelchair-bound man nearing 60 years old. I have only used the pick-up and drop-off service with GoGoGrandparent. I have had nothing but good experiences with the service and the drivers. All drivers have taken my wheelchair apart and stowed it safely in their vehicle. Then on the other end, they have helped me with getting up steep grades and opened doors for me. I have been a five star uber driver for over a year and a half and never ever receive a tip on these rides, even if I am a very patient and accommodating driver. This is why go go grandparent has issues with cancellations. Drivers know they have to go above and beyond, and we'll never get a tip no matter what. Please reconsider your payment policies and give a tip for great service, and maybe drivers wouldn't cancel so often. I take the rides to be a good citizen, but if I need money, I will skip them. good service. on time. took dog to the vet. especially good for trips of this type. probably would not use for routine trips. other, less expensive rides available for grocery shopping, most medical, etc.

The ************** class 2x' a week, has helped me move more & better to deal with the severe arthritis I have. Aedra, the instructor, clearly describes each position slowly so we do our exercise correctly. After the class, the Q&A session is of great benefit also.

The drivers were both punctual / early and their cars were immaculate. I also like that contact is with corporate rather than w individual drivers. The service IS expensive; But I will continue to use it for taxi service because it eliminates my fear of being stranded without recourse waiting for a cab.I am also intrigued by their shopping/delivery options but have not yet tried them.
