We went with our children and grandchildren, the location was good. Requested a handicapped room for my husband that is physically disabled. The pictures showed the room with a shower that you could just walk into. The room we were given was a room with a bath tub. We had to stay in that room the first night, and then pack all of our things and move to the room with the shower the next day. Great location. Rooms were OK, we would choose again. Took awhile to get front desk help with blankets and loud neighbors Location is perfect.

Will never stay again This without a doubt was the worst hotel and stay I have ever endured. We arrived on 10/8 around 630am so we could get to the park. We knew we could not check in this early but the lady at the desk was rude and so disrespectful towards us. It was like pulling teeth to get any idea of what to do with the luggage as she finally pointed out the door and said get a rack and bring it in here. Extremely rude and discourtesy.
