It was a joy working with Brenda. I reached out to her about a used 2025 Sierra Denali Ultimate, and she was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and worked hard to get a deal with their finance department. From the time I first contacted her to picking up the truck, it took about seven days. She was upfront and honest the whole time and just a pleasure to work with.
I would say, this is the least stressful time I’ve ever spent at a dealership. Danny (salesman) and Silvio were both very informative and helpful. You have to know how the numbers add up when buying a vehicle; interest rates/monthly payment/sticker price etc. They worked with my budget; gave me a fair price on my trade-in, no mark ups, and was able to meet the goal in a timely manner. I would 100% buy from them again in the future.
From the minute we arrived Sebastian was there, guiding us through the process. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Ron also assisted us and was great! 5 stars!
