Great service, Nelson was great and top shelf. Everything went extremely well, good communication and timely.

I brought my car in to test the battery. Assistance with service was quick even though I did not have an appointment. A multi point inspection qas done and believed rhat Terminal Service would correct the issue. Although I did not & I ended up taking my car back the next day for a replacement, apologies were given for the false positive battery quality & I was given a discount for the inconvenience.
