Brought in my 2022 ford escape to the Grand Prairie Ford dealership and was treated very well. I usually have a good experience, but this recent visit was particularly special. Nelson helped me to understand why I was having certain issues with my vehicle, explained the process, kept me updated all the way up until the moment I arrived to retrieve my Escape.
