I bought a 2020 f350. iv been trying to get a recall done. The girl at the front desk has said we will give u a call back. iv call 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Yesterday she just left me on the phone and hung up on me when I told her,iv been waiting for a return call after me calling 2 times and this was my 3rd time calling. It's not a problem when they want you to buy a vehicle,but when you want something do right under warranty,they just leave you hanging. Right off the lot I get in to drive home my new used truck with 47000 miles in it and the moon roof creates so much noise on the freeway I can hardly talk on the phone. I didn't turn around because I have a warranty they offered me in the deal so that will pay for it right? Nope not covered. No wonder Chris didn't let me drive this one on the freeway. I normally don’t take the time to email any business but with this morning’s escapade, I felt necessary that I needed to express my displeasure at your establishment. I came in this morning because I set up an appointment for a diagnostic test. What I got instead was a service advisor asking way too many questions about why I needed it. LIARS, THIEVES, CHEATERS at best.. I was upset to find out they had run my credit 3 times even though I had given them my PRE-APPROVAL info. I got a call from the finance person and was told he had me set up just as my pre-approval was set. Imagine my surprise when I found out they had financed me at the pre approval interest rate with a vendor different from the one I had given them info on. Made an appointment to view a vehicle, but when I arrived the sales department was clueless... couldn’t find keys for the car, and when I asked about another one they couldn’t find keys for it either. Finally found keys for another similar vehicle then couldn’t find the vehicle on the lot. Salesman was unprofessional and it seems other sales people just sit around playing with their phones all the time. Appraised my trade but wouldn’t give me the value. My wife found a car online that she wanted and called Ken at the dealership and told him she wanted the vehicle and that she would come get it as soon as paperwork was ready. Ken said he would call her to work out more details but he didn’t call until 8:30pm after it was too late to do any bank work. My wife informed him again that she wanted the car and not to sell it because she would come get it that next day. UPDATE: just found out they did the repairs a week ago without our approval and now wants us to come pick it up and pay over $4000. We had no idea! Last communication with them was that we were working with Ford Corporation on an appeal and we had a case number and we would let them know how to proceed once we had an answer from Ford. Just be more honest, upfront with true answers when dealing with a customer. I had three vehicles picked out. I ask about the best looking, lowest miles ( only 11k miles) vehicle first. It took 4 hours to get the salesman Chris to move on. I got so pissed I passed on checking out the other two.. I stated up front that I was a cash in hand buyer. That seemed to energize him. Bought a 2020 Expedition Max on May 25 and have knock in transmission that I can’t get fixed. Also discovered today that I was sold a new Expedition without a Jack! Very disappointed in Andrew Boaz who sold me the car!!! Matt Bracken told me to contact Corporate for RAV program and it was no longer a sales issue. In other words, Grapevine Ford got their money and don’t want to honor their sale!
