the salesman was great, ask for Ty. after that, it's been pretty awful. Financing would not let it go that we wanted to use our bank. We finally agreed to see what rate they could get and even though it was higher, they ran it anyway without our knowledge. A full point higher than our bank. After making the discovery we called the dealership and spoke with our saleman who said hed have the manager give us a call. This never happened, even after several request. Terrible Service Drove 40 minutes to test drive a vehicle that was not only filthy dirty but the inside had the worst Wet Dog smell I had ever smelled. My family and I honestly thought there was a wet dog in the cargo area! After test driving the Vehicle, it clearly had some serious scuff marks around the bumpers and even more in the under carriage along with some grease stains. Awful Ford dealership. Went in with z-plan, expecting to purchase a new truck and found a ford courtesy vehicle instead that was priced below z-plan on the internet. They would not honor the internet price because I already mentioned I had z-plan. They were trying to play some BS game that they would get in trouble if they sold me the truck not on z-plan even though the internet price was lower. I turned our vehicle over to you on Monday, December 16th, to fix multiple issues with our Explorer. 1 issue was fixed, the others were ignored because the service writer did not listen to the customer. While pointing out the various scratches on the vehicle to Jason, I notice that he was not making note of it anywhere. I asked if he wanted me to write them down, or email the photos of them I took with the locations, Jason said no. Dropped my 2019 Ranger off for 1 recall, a freezing Sync screen, and an oil change. Zero communication for 3 days. Got the runaround every time I called for a status. The people who answer phones couldn’t find record of my vehicle and the service advisers are not all on the same page. Seems the right hand has no clue what the left is doing. Basic questions could not be addressed and customer service was nonexistent. Everything is pushed off on the service adviser who “just left” whenever I would call. Service Department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! My car was there a week for a simple fix! Communication was horrible & customer service is non existent! When we finally are told it’s ready, I arrive and ask if they heard the engine noise we were... only to find out they never even drove my car!!! “Uhhh let me see if someone can drive it right now” WTF!! Be sure to ask your sales person about the “Kahu” device they installed in the car you are considering purchasing. Ask them what they charged you to install it and whether or not you can have it removed. Ask what control the dealer or the Kahu company has over the car after you buy it. Be informed!
