I wish that Grapevine Ford, would uphold on their end of the deal. Why would you sell lowjack and make promises, about if and when it's stolen, blah, blah, happens. #1We bought lowjack. It honestly didn't even work properly either.....When our car was stolen, it didn't notify us until 36 mins later. I did the sync update. The truck wouls no longer start. Tried calling their service during business hours only for them to hang up or play phone tag with us until they closed. Their service is the worst i have encountered for any car.

Terrible customer service. I recently purchased a 2022 bronco, and they only gave me one key. After repeated calls, they offered to make me a new key. The dealership is a 35 minute drive from my house so after I made the appointment, I confirmed the appointment a day before, and reconfirmed it 2 hours before driving there. Needless to say, when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, they would not make my key. Terrible dealership, my finance person made me wait until after 8pm to do the paperwork. Its a typical sales approach so you try to rush through it. He reeked of cigarettes and McDonalds. Jokes on him though we cancelled our bull-sh!t add ons he tried us for. Telling me I could cancel them after a month even though a month is when you no longer get a refund lmao. Jokes on you "mr.deal" your a used car salesman! Lmao

Burglarized and Disrespected! Dropped our vehicle off for repairs. Little did I know we dropped it off for William and his team to allow it to get broken into and ransacked. Now I am instructed by the dealership to figure it out on my own. Call the police myself. Call and file a claim on MY insurance and pay the deductible! I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. All they said was, "Well, it could have happened to anyone, not our fault!"

Purchase in august 2022. TLDR- Come here if you want to overpay and then once you do, they'll damage your car while telling you vaguely why you have to come in and then ignore you til you give up and vow to never go back there to spend anymore. It's barely good when they're trying to get you to buy a car but these days they barely care with the supply issues. To add onto my review, I was called 3 more times today not including others more since my first post. The first two calls today I ignored due to being at work, in a busy medical clinic. We bought this car 2019 VW Tiguan from Ty Young (dude is the best). We then we back and talked to Willie. We did not like the "MPP" that was given to us due to the price, he then said he lowered price of it, which we liked. That wasn't the case and it ended up still being $3,100. On top of that Willie said that we had 1 year to ask for the refund for the coverage ONLY if we do not use it during that period. That was also a lie. I purchased my car last October. I was BRIBED into getting the protection plan by Willie Stephens. When I say bribe, I mean did absolutely everything he could to convince me to get this. He told me he really needs to meet his quota, so he messed around with numbers and got it to where I wasn't paying extra.
