Worst dealership I have ever stepped foot into. Horrible unprofessional salesmen and rookie sales manager. Wouldn't even let us test drive a car that we were going to buy on the spot. Do yourself a favor and just go to another one of the many Ford dealerships in the area. Don't give these people your money!

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass with 79,000 miles had it a little over 1 month and now it's in the shop and needs $3000 in repairs and of course nothing is covered under the "extended warranty" I was sold when I bought it. contacted the dealership and received no help what so ever. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Worst experience I've ever had.

What a genuinely terrible dealership. I made the mistake of buying my car here. I took it in for an oil change and needed to discuss getting some work done that was under warranty , as well as getting a recall taken care of. They said they were short on loaners, but that I would be added to the list, and that there were about 20 people ahead of me. Shouldn't take more than a month or so I was told. Fast forward 3 months and I've received no update from them, and every time I call, I get sent straight to an answering machine.... read more

I purchased my 2019 Ford F-150 new from Grapevine Ford. As a resident and business owner in the area, they are convenient for me to have my service done. Today, I had my truck serviced for the seventh time at the 35,000 mile interval. I asked for the oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection service, and as a "bonus" they also include fuel system cleaner. BEWARE THE 2nd KEY CON Purchased a used car from Grapevine Ford and all went well until after the purchase price was agreed to. When the paperwork arrived I was surprised to see $1k+ in additional fees for LoJack and a replacement 2nd key. LoJack is what it is so I could only negotiate the cost down as it was already installed, a fact not divulged during the original negotiations. Any dealership that adds 25% to the sale price of a new vehicle for market adjustments or "addendum" as this dealer calls it is dishonest. Shop with a different dealer, possibly someone with any morals.

I went to look at a Ford Maverick. I asked about pricing, and specifically asked that my credit not be ran until I was sure I wanted to buy. they lied to my face, said no problem, we aren't going to run your credit, we're just getting info...Then the ran my credit anyway! So my credit took a hit for a vehicle I didn't even want! (not much of a hit but that's not the point, point is they blatantly lied!) Bad business. Aggressive and deceitful sales tactics. I will never do business with them now.

Absolutely horrible. We were interested in an Explorer Hybrid. We were in dire straights. Our vehicle was totaled. They said the vehicle was currently out on loan and we could purchase it when we it got back. We called multiple times a day for 6 days. Grapevine sold the vehicle to another customer without contacting us first. They don't care about the customer. Also, they are taking advantage of customers due to the chip shortage. They are marking vehicles up 20k over sticker. Do not go there!

I am a real person who is not emotional. I have bought and had cars serviced at this dealer. Most dealers are bad and ran by poorly managed / poorly motivated management. No different here. They promised me the moon when I bought the car, then after the sale and them pressuring me into the warranty, service for lack of a better term, sucked. I would tell anyone buy the best value from any dealer. Ford motor company will back the car but you will have to deal with whatever lousy ford dealer you live closest to that will honor... read more
