They are interested in the dollars. Be very careful when buying from this location. There are many other goes dealerships in the dfw area. You would have better luck checking with them When you buy anything from this location read the fine print they will not work with you once you buy anything

Sales persons are good but when it comes to your opinion or they don't listen , they are super quick judge mental . I hope they can appreciate each and every person equally

They have cars listed, then once you get there they tell you they are adding "addendum" charge up to fifty percent over MSRP! One vehicle's price was raised while I was on the lot looking at it. Scam. The Wall Street Journal just published a story stating Ford was aware of these tactics and was going to punish dealers. They need to make their first stop at Grapevine Ford. These guys are crooks. Tried to buy a new raptor and they said at first it wouldn't be much over MSRP, then proceeded to ad $50k on to the sticker price.

So, I (65 yo woman) walked in to showroom to shop for a vehicle. Probably the Ecosport but I'll consider whatever they have. Normally I'm stressed out because I hate this experience but this was going to be better...I was paying all cash. I walked in and paused at the blue Mustang at the door. Took my truck for a zaktec wash and came back with all types of scratches this dealership don't give not shhh! I'm very pissed about this ! Will not make business again!

Truck got stolen off the lot... they said no cameras are on the lot. They did give us a bitchin ride as a temporary replacement but I'd assume a car dealer as big as ford wouldn't allow their customers vehicles to be stolen. At least have cameras on the lot??

Service department here only cares about making a sale on additives and does not truly look at vehicle needs. Brought a truck here to do an oil change, advisor spun a sales pitch to add a condenser for fuel efficiency but ended up doing a fuel cleaner, transmission condenser and an additive to a coolant. Never disclosed prices, I only approved fuel injector cleaner and nothing else. Called me back that brake fluid is dirty and coolant is diluted and when asked how that could be since I had both flushed last summer he quickly... read more

This place is amazing...unless you are looking for a quality used vehicle and even sub-par customer service. If that's the case run like hell. I bought a 2018 F-150 two months ago and the transmission is already going out. When I called to speak with someone my phone number was taken and I was told they would be in contact right away. It's now two days later and not a word.
