Terrible experience at this dealer. I spoke with a gentleman named Michael Watters who was extremely helpful. I test drove a King Ranch that had some mechanical issues and a fender that was dinged up pretty bad. I had no huge issues with that because they were going to fix it. Never even look at a vehicle on their website. I casually browsed their site four months ago. Of course I expected a call but I politely told them to remove me from any call list. Four months later and multiple times of telling them to take me off they are still calling. I will personally never deal with them for any future vehicle needs from here on out. If you're not going to listen to your customers during the sales process then you're not going to listen to them after a purchase. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! went there to buy a car and for one i had to wait over 45 min just to speak with a sales person!!! Shortly after this, the car purchase process was way too complicated and at the end of it all after trying to buy a normal 2012 camry they dropped so many hidden fees on me i walked right out!!! never again!!!

I reached out to Grapevine Ford to trade in my truck and look at the new Broncos. I set up an appointment with a sales consultant (Aaron Thomas to be exact) and when i got there, the guy was meeting with other people and he basically blew me off and pawned me off on another guy. I work full time and took the time off to meet with them and i was basically ignored. Unethical practices, charging $10,000 over MSRP for a Maverick (economy model) is disgusting. This alone tells me what their values are, I'll go to 5 star Ford where they never charge over MSRP.

This is BY FAR the worst dealership I have visited over the last 2 months. I understand it is a seller's market, and that they can charge over mrsp, but this dealership's overcharging is by far the most exorbitant (by a long way) that I have come across. I chose not to purchase here, and instead purchased through Ford.com so that I did not pay one penny over mrsp and, in fact, I received an additional $1,000 mrsp reduction from Ford. BUYER BEWARE! Unethical and deceptive tactics to close the deal at Grapevine Ford. They said they were giving me $500 in tax credit towards trade-in value, however trade-in value is NOT TAXABLE in Texas therefore they screwed me over. They charged the full amount of 6.25% tax. You know what I don't like? Is when you take extra steps to confirm the price and availability of a vehicle, you call in, you talk to someone , you even make an appointment to come in. And between the time you hang up and the time of your appointment they text you and say, "oh , that one isn't available, or the other one I said was available, oh and the other ones that we discussed will not be the price we discussed, they are going to have a $15k mark up.
