Awesome Aaron Aaron was my service manager during a recent visit to Grapevine Ford Service Department. He was detailed and attentive and ensure that I understood what was wrong with my car. New Vehicle prep and Repair Grapevine Ford is the Ford dealership I selected to have our shipments of new Ford vehicles sent to for prep and registration process. Fleet Service Kevin Magee most all ways takes care of my service problems . Some times we butt heads on repairs and I don't all ways come out on top but I think there are fair with me. Grapevine Ford's service is as good as any dealer I have dealt with Ford ,Dodge or Chevrolet.
Great Service I go through Kevin Magee in Fleet Service for our companies vehicles. He always gives a quote up front and our invoices match the quote. He understands we have a sense of urgency when one of company vehicles are out of service and follows up at all stages of repair. Just an added benefit, I also drive a F250 as my personal vehicle, and Kevin takes care of my service needs also. Never had a problem with their service!

Very professional and highly recommended We have been using Grapevine Ford for our arport shuttle fleet service repairs for several years now. I have to say they have consistently done a great job with this. Our go-to-guy is Fleet Service Manager Kevin Magee, and Kevin has helped us through so many repair needs and emergency requests, I have lost count. Highly recommend!

Great Service The Grapevine Ford service center was wonderful. I made an appointment to have the recall on my steering gear fixed on my 08 escape and it was done within an hour. Kevin Magee was very helpful and the services were on point. While waiting there was wifi and a breakfast center and I was able to get some work done on my computer.
