High pressure Looking for a new car and was on the fence about a 2012 Ford Explorer. The salesman was very helpful and low pressure, but when I wasn't ready to purchase that day the manager, Trevor, treated me like dirt. Walked out and never looked back. The dealership looks nice, but sales management could learn their manners.
